How to Shape Thigh Muscles for Sexy Legs

How to Shape Thigh Muscles for Sexy Legs

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Leg weights
  • Weight lifting equipment
  • Resistance bands
  1. 1
Warm-up muscles before you work them out. Improper warm-up increases your risk for injury during your workout. A proper warm-up consists of joint rotations and approximately 5 minutes of cardiovascular activity.
  2. 2
Do squats, the staple of any thigh workout because they target multiple thigh muscles. Start in a neutral position with feet hip-width apart, bend your knees until your thighs are parallel to the floor and then push back up. Hold dumbbells of an appropriate weight to make the exercise more challenging.
  3. 3
Try lunges to target the hamstrings and the quadriceps. Start in a neutral position and take a large step either forward or backward keeping your front knee in line with your ankle. These can be stationary or walking.
  4. 4
Use leg lifts to target leg abductors and leg adductors located on the outside and inside of the thigh respectively. Leg lifts can be done from a laid down position or while standing. Leg weights or resistance bands can be used to increase resistance and challenge the muscles more intensely.
  5. 5
Spend a few minutes stretching your thigh muscles after your workout. Stretching elongates the muscle, improves flexibility and helps prevent injury.
  6. 6
Include a cardiovascular workout in your routine at least 3 times a week. Cardiovascular exercise helps burn fat and increase your metabolism.

Tips & Warnings

  • Start slow. Working out with too much weight or attempting more repetitions than you can handle can cause injury that will stall your sculpting plan.
  • Try topical creams, endermologie or mesotherapy to get rid of cellulite that is resistant to exercise. No matter how much you workout, some cellulite can remain, but these treatments have had promising results for many users.
  • Combine a thigh workout with cardiovascular exercise by running uphill or doing stair stepping. This is one of the most efficient ways to shape sexy legs.
  • Maintaining a healthy diet will maximize your exercise results.
  • Consider hiring a personal trainer for one or more sessions to tailor a personalized workout routine.
  • Before starting any workout regimen, it's a good idea to get the okay from your doctor.
  • Some fat deposits in your thighs may not be affected by working out. Genetics also play a role in the shape of your thighs. In those cases, liposuction may be your only recourse to create shapely, sexy legs.

Look 10 Years Younger Now

Look 10 Years Younger Now

Erase 10 years from your face naturally in five easy steps.

urning back the hands of time doesn't have to involve great physical and financial expense. Anyone can have great, healthy, glowing skin without spending hundreds on useless products and over-priced facials. Follow these five simple steps twice daily for a natural, radiant glow that is sure to turn heads!

Wash

Everyone's skin is unique. Choose a mild, non-alcoholic facial cleanser compatible with your skin type. Neutrogena, Almay and Naked Bee are reasonably priced anti-aging skin care lines made with natural ingredients. Squeezing a small amount onto your fingertips, massage upwardly in circular motions with cool water. Rinse and repeat.

Exfoliate

Natural alternatives such as sea salt, sugar, and nutshells are highly effective in shedding old skin. Be careful not to over-exfoliate. Too much scrubbing will inflame the skin causing it to become fragile and sensitive to the touch. Twice a week is enough to stimulate new skin cell growth. Massage upwardly in circular motions with warm water. Rinse.

Mask

A good firming mask works wonders. Honey or Mayonnaise can quickly paste on and off, naturally revive dull skin and leave a glow. St. Ives, LancĂ´me and Clarins are pricier masks, but do the same job of increasing resiliency and elasticity of the skin as natural less expensive ingredients.

Tone

This is a step many of us unfortunately disregard. Doing so leaves debris on the skin that cleansing did not remove. Toning the skin also restores the skin's pH balance and aids deeper cleansing. It also shrinks pores and reduces lines and sagging skin. Witch Hazel is a great inexpensive toner. Its gentle properties won't over dry the skin and gives it a clean fresh feeling. Buff the face, neck and ears with a saturated cotton ball or cloth. You will see and feel the results immediately!

Moisturize

Moisturizing the skin is the most important step of all. It protects, softens and tones the skin even more. It is ideal to have a moisturizer which matches your skin type that has added sunscreen to protect the skin from ultra-violet sun rays. Avocado is a natural lotion, as well as cocoa butter, coconut and olive oil. Over-the-counter brands like Aveda, Regenerist and Aveeno will work wonders without breaking the bank. Apply the moisturizer in an upward outward motion. Apply to neck and ears as well.
Caring for the skin is only the minimum when it comes to looking younger. Drinking more water, exercise, diet, good hygiene and maximizing your overall appearance are additional steps that should be taken to look younger and feel great. With a little dedication and commitment, not only can you take a decade off your looks, you will look younger, feel younger, and stay younger.

Back Pain

Use Heat Or Ice To Relieve Low Back Pain

There is some evidence that heat will help decrease low back pain. There is little proof that cold will help.1 But some people do find that heat or cold help them. Follow these suggestions if you would like to try heat or cold for low back pain.
Heat to relieve low back pain
  • Apply heat for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Moist heat (hot packs, baths, showers) works better than dry heat.
  • Try an all-day heat wrap, available in pharmacies.
  • If you are using an electric heating pad, avoid falling asleep while the pad is on. If you think you might fall asleep, set an alarm clock to go off in 20 minutes. Use heating pads set on low or medium, never on high.
Ice to relieve low back pain

Ice and cold packs can relieve pain, swelling, and inflammation from injuries and other conditions such as arthritis. Use either a commercial cold pack or:
  • An ice towel. Wet a towel with cold water, and squeeze it until it is just damp. Fold the towel, place it in a plastic bag, and freeze it for 15 minutes. Remove the towel from the bag, and place it on the affected area.
  • An ice pack. Put about 1 lb (0.45 kg) of ice in a plastic bag. Add water to barely cover the ice. Squeeze the air out of the bag and seal it. Wrap the bag in a wet towel and apply it to the affected area.
  • A homemade slush pack. Mix 3 cup (709.78 mL) water and 1 cup (236.59 mL) denatured alcohol in a freezer bag. Seal the bag, and place it in freezer until slush forms. Refreeze the bag when the slush melts.
  • A bag of frozen vegetables.
  • An ice cup. Fill a paper cup two-thirds full with water, and freeze it until it is solid ice. Before use, peel back enough paper to expose some of the ice. Rub the ice over the affected area for 3 to 5 minutes.
Ice the area at least 3 times a day. For the first 72 hours (3 days), ice for 10 minutes once an hour the first day, then every 2 to 3 hours. After that, a good pattern is to ice for 10 to 15 minutes 3 times a day: in the morning, in the late afternoon after work or school, and about a half hour before bedtime. Also ice after any prolonged activity or vigorous exercise.
Always keep a damp cloth between your skin and the cold pack, and press firmly against all the curves of the affected area. Do not apply ice for longer than 15 to 20 minutes at a time, and do not fall asleep with the ice on your skin.
Try alternating
You may also want to try switching between heat and cold. Use heat for 15 to 20 minutes, then a few hours later use ice for 10 to 15 minutes.

Healthy Eating During Pregnancy

Healthy Eating During Pregnancy: Eight Tips for Expecting Moms

If you're like many pregnant women, you vowed to eat healthier the minute you found out you were expecting. You may even have started making a mental list of nutritional do's and don'ts: Eat more calcium-rich foods, get more protein, and cut out the caffeine and junk food. Good thing: Developing healthy eating habits now will set the stage for your baby to grow into a strong child and adult, as well as ultimately reduce his risk for certain diseases. In fact, scientific research increasingly shows that a prenatal diet rich in nutrient-dense foods is key in preventing heart disease, diabetes, obesity and many types of cancer. Here's expert advice on what to eat and what to avoid for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy child:

DO choose foods that perform double duty.
"Nutrient-dense foods, such as yogurt, peanut butter, chicken, beef, eggs and dairy products, are higher in protein, calcium and iron, all nutrients your baby needs to grow and develop," says registered and licensed dietitian Rose Ann Hudson, co-author of 2003's "Eating for Pregnancy: an Essential Guide to Nutrition With Recipes for the Whole Family."
Some other examples of nutrient-dense foods: Lean pork, like beef, contains protein, along with B vitamins, iron and zinc. Orange juice offers folate (a B vitamin that helps prevent neural tube defects) plus vitamin C, which helps you absorb iron from foods such as fiber-rich black beans and spinach. Whole grains are filled with fiber, B vitamins, magnesium and zinc.

DON'T eat empty calories.
Sweet treats are OK during pregnancy -- but in moderation, Hudson says. "One of the ways we enjoy life is to eat foods that aren't high in nutrition, like desserts. But limit them to one portion a day (read labels); you won't feel deprived and you also won't be as tempted to overeat."

DO remember that you're not really eating for two.
"Eat until you are not hungry, rather than until you are full," advises Dr. Karen Nordahl, an ob-gyn and clinical assistant professor at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. "Excess weight gain is associated with longer labor, pregnancy-induced hypertension and gestational diabetes," Nordahl adds. Indeed, many women don't realize they need only 300 extra calories a day -- and only in the second and third trimesters.

DON'T forget your vitamins.
A daily prenatal vitamin and mineral supplement acts as a safeguard. "In a perfect world, you'd get all your nutrients from foods," says registered dietitian Suki Hertz, a nutritionist and chef in New York. "But since our lives are often a little less than perfect, you should take a supplemental prenatal vitamin that contains 100 to 200 percent of the recommended dietary intakes for vitamins and minerals."

DO strive for variety.
Along with taking your prenatal supplement, the best way to make sure that you get all the proper nutrients is to eat the following daily: You'll need nine servings from the whole grains group (bread, cereal, rice and pasta); two to three servings of protein-rich foods from the meat, poultry, fish, beans, eggs and nuts group; four servings of vegetables; three servings from the fruit group; and three servings from the milk, yogurt and cheese group.

DON'T forgo water and fiber.
Drink at least eight glasses of water daily to help prevent dehydration. This can also help prevent constipation, as can eating high-fiber foods such as whole-wheat and whole-grain breads and pastas and lots of fruits and vegetables. Fiber also helps you feel full, so you may be less likely to overeat. Aim for at least 25 to 35 grams of fiber every day (3⁄4 cup of bran cereal, for example, contains an average of 5 grams of fiber).

DO avoid risky foods.
Unpasteurized soft cheeses such as Brie, Camembert, feta, blue-veined and Mexican style can harbor Listeria, a bacterium that causes listeriosis, a serious infection that can lead to miscarriage, premature delivery or stillbirth.
Deli meats also may pose a risk, so buy prepackaged cold cuts rather than those from the deli counter or heat deli-counter meats thoroughly before eating them. "To minimize the risk of listeriosis, cook all leftovers and deli foods to at least 140 degrees Fahrenheit," Hertz says. For the same reason, never eat raw or undercooked meat, seafood (that includes sushi!) or eggs.

DON'T eat high-mercury fish.
These include shark, king mackerel, tilefish and swordfish. Federal guidelines recommend limiting low-mercury fish to 12 ounces a week. Safe choices include canned light tuna (limit albacore tuna, which is higher in mercury, to 6 ounces a week maximum), catfish, pollock, salmon and shellfish.

Pregnancy Guide Selection Tips

Pregnancy Guide Selection Tips

From the moment you find out that you are pregnant, expecting mothers immediately begin to worry about planning for a sucessful pregnancy and in
addition for their bundles of joy. Planning is perhaps the most important thing you can do during your pregnancy, so finding a quality guide is of the
utmost importance to helping you organize for sucess. You may be issued with some kind of brochures from your doctor at your first medical check- up
where your pregnancy is officially confirmed, or you may be given something by friends who have already had babies. Read through the guide you are
given, and see if it matches your ideal pregnancy in your mind.

1. Pregnancy Guides In A Nutshell
- Pregnancy follows a set pattern of development
- What to expect with your body during each of the three trimesters
- Hints on how to prepare for the actual birth of the baby
- Diet advice
- Exercise advice
2. Generic Pregnancy Guides
For many women, a generic pregnancy guide is sufficient to give them the information they require. Of course, depending on your personality you
may want to explore other books to see if they are better suited to you. For example, do you want a pregnancy guide that not only informs but also
encourages you to use the book as a record of your pregnancy by having space for you to write in your weight at the various stages?
3. Teen Pregnancy
If you are a teen mother- to- be, or this is not your first child, then you may prefer a pregnancy guide that speaks to you and offers more specific
advice. It could be that you prefer to know all the symptoms of the various complications of pregnancy so that you are prepared, or perhaps you prefer
a book that doesn't give you nightmares.
4. Diabetes Also, Other Conditions

For those with diabetes or other specific conditions, there are pregnancy guides that will apply specifically to you and can help you to plan on
adjusting your dietary intake for your condition.

How Going To A Spa Can Relieve Tension

How Going To A Spa Can Relieve Tension As Well As Make You Look Younger

The spa is designed to be a place where you can go to let the world fade away. With all the activity in our daily lives it is no wonder spas are becoming
big business. If you have never had the pleasure of visiting a spa, you may want to take a break from your demanding life and revamp your body and
mind at one of the many spas available around the world.
As you arrive at the spa there are a number of wonderful pleasing activities that will send you into a state of relaxation. The facials are generally the
first place that people tend to go to. Facials are a great place to start, the simple act of closing your eyes and having your face washed may start you
to relax. There are many different types of facials available at spas and they are all with one benefit in mind, you. Whether you just have a deep
cleansing facial or an age defying facial you will be sure to see a fresher face the next time you look in the mirror. A facial should have cleaning,
moisturizing and refreshing levels as the key steps. There are many different types of cr?mes and such that the spa may have available to enable this.
The facial you have at the spa today may not be the same one you choose tomorrow. Regardless of the type of facial you choose you will not be
disappointed.
Another common part of most spas is the body wraps. If you enjoyed the facial then head for a body wrap next since these are very similar. The
wraps will encompass what the facial missed. After, you may feel as though your skin has been replaced with that of a child's. The dried layers of skin
are no longer hiding the natural beauty underneath. You will feel refreshed and renewed by the time the end of the body wrap has arrived.
Finally you must attend to your muscles and the tired feeling you may carry around with you all day. A massage will undo the tension, giving you a
new sense of direction. The tension that can build in your muscles can be a source of irritability that many people do not recognize. Often the simple
release that can come from a massage is an experience worth plenty. The price of a day at the spa is not as expensive as the cost of high blood
pressure and pulled muscles.
The spa is a place that can relax you and remove the stress and pressures faced in your daily life. From facials, to body wraps to a complete
massage your tension will dissolve, leaving you feeling renewed and refreshed.

Natural Home Remedies For Oily Skin

Natural Home Remedies For Oily Skin

There are many reasons for your skin to become oily for e.g. hereditary, pregnancy, environment, food we eat and many others. Our body secretes oil
to keep our body smooth and supple. It also avoids wrinkles which becomes a cause of worry for many.
- Measures to avoid Oily Skin
? Drink plenty of water at least 8-10 glasses per day.
? Avoid smoking.
? Have a healthy and balanced diet.
? Use baby powder to dab your face as it works better than many other products.
? You can rub oily areas with apple cider vinegar for a neutralizing effect.
? Use of hot water more often as it is a great solvent.
? To avoid oily skin apply fresh smashed tomatoes on your face.
? The first step of having an oil-free skin is to clean your face with gentle face wash to remove excess oil and dirt. Wipe your face with astringent
lotion as it is a fat and grease solvent. The astringent should have acetone and should also be alcohol free. Later apply a watery moisturizer to keep
your skin smooth. Remove excess moisturizer by dabbing a tissue over it.
? Blend 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal, 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1/2 cup mashed apple into a smooth paste. Apply this paste on your face
for 15 minutes, later rinse it.
? You can apply mud packs or clay masks on your face which helps in soaking oil from the skin. This may provide a temporary relief as the long term
effects is inconclusive.

? Egg Mask: Blend 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon camphor spirit, 1 tablespoon skim milk powder and a drop of mint essential oil. Before applying the mask,
apply odorless castor oil. Apply the mask, keep it for 15 minutes; wash it off with warm water to be rinsed by apple cider vinegar and water / witch
hazel solution.
? Grate a cucumber and keep it in the fridge. Apply this grated chilled cucumber on your face for 15 minutes. Use this at least twice a week for a clean
and clear face.
? Cucumber can also be used in juice form mixed with lemon juice. Apply this mixture half-an-hour before you take a bath. The proportion would be
1/2 a tsp each of cucumber and lemon juice.
? Get a facial sauna by using herbs such as lemongrass, licorice root and rosebuds. Keep it in simmer, 2 to 4 tablespoons of fresh or dried herbs in 2
quarts of water. Once you see the steam cover your face over it. To entrap the steam, cover your head with a damp towel and be in that position for 15
minutes. Later wash your face with cold water and dab it dry.

Bleeding And Spotting During Early Pregnancy After Intercourse

Bleeding And Spotting During Early Pregnancy After Intercourse

First Trimester Spotting
Is Brown Spotting Common in Early Pregnancy?
If you are pregnant and notice even the smallest amount of blood in your underwear or upon wiping, you may be alarmed. Spotting, similar to bleeding during pregnancy, can occur at any point in your pregnancy. Spotting is slight bleeding usually noticed when wiping or as slight staining of your underwear. It can be pink, red or brown colored blood and may be rather faint. Although it is very scary, many times there is a simple explanation for the spotting.
Causes of Spotting During Early Pregnancy

Ectopic pregnancy- Spotting or bleeding during early pregnancy can be a symptom of an ectopic pregnancy. An ectopic pregnancy is a pregnancy where the fertilized egg attaches to someplace outside of the uterus. It is also sometimes called a tubal pregnancy if it attaches to one of the fallopian tubes.
If you experience bleeding or spotting accompanied by abdominal pain or dizziness, you could be having an ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy can be an emergency situation. If you experience sharp pain or bleeding seek emergency care.
Miscarriage- About twenty to thirty percent of pregnancies end in miscarriage. A miscarriage may start off with light spotting or bleeding. Other signs of miscarriage include cramping, bleeding and loss of pregnancy symptoms.
Keep in mind that many women have spotting during pregnancy and do not go on to miscarry. About fifty percent of women who experience spotting during early pregnancy go on to have a healthy pregnancy.

Implantation bleeding- Spotting during pregnancy may be caused by implantation. Implantation bleeding occurs after the egg burrows into the lining of the uterus. As the egg implants into the lining sometimes a little bit of bleeding will occur. This bleeding may be noticed at the time of implantation or a few days later as brown spotting.

Spotting after sex- Blood supply to the cervix is much higher during pregnancy. Sometimes having sex can irritate the cervix and cause slight bleeding afterwards. You should talk to your doctor or midwife any time you have spotting but make sure to let them know if you had intercourse before the spotting occurred. You may be advised to abstain from intercourse during your first trimester if you are having spotting.

Spotting after an internal exam- Frequently women will have slight spotting after an internal exam or pap smear. This is generally nothing to worry about. If the spotting continues or turns to bleeding contact your doctor or midwife.

Other causes-
Sometimes spotting occurs and there is just not a clear answer as to why. You may be advised to abstain from heavy lifting, exercising or to stay off your feet if you have had spotting during your first trimester.

Would you change your breast size?

Would you change your breast size?

Breasts are indeed getting bigger. After 34B reigned as the most common bra size for nearly a decade, last year 36C emerged as the best-selling bra size in America, according to the market research firm NPD in Port Washington, N.Y. And an increasing number of women are getting fuller breasts via the operating room. Implant surgery is more popular than ever: 191,583 women nationwide had breast-augmentation surgery in 1999, up 51 percent from the previous year, according to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Just a decade ago, implants were under heavy fire.

Studies suggested a possible connection between silicone-filled implants and connective-tissue diseases and autoimmune disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), citing inadequate evidence that silicone-filled implants were safe, banned them from the market in 1992, with a few exceptions, such as use in clinical trials. However, a 1999 report by the Institute of Medicine found no connection be tween silicone implants and autoimmune or connective-tissue diseases, nor did another study published in The New England Journal of Medicine. Still, the debate over implants continues. A more recent study published in The Journal of Rheumatology suggests there is a link between silicone breast implants that leak and fibromyalgia, a painful musculoskeletal rheumatism. And while researchers from the National Cancer Institute recently found no connection between silicone implants and most cancers (including breast cancer), they did find small increases in risks for lung and brain cancers.

Breast enlargement creams

Breast enlargement creams

Breast augmentation is actually something that a lot of women seek these days. This is because there are a lot of women who are not really gifted in this aspect of their bodies. This is precisely why there are many women gunning for breast augmentation methods. Now, there are surgical methods for breast augmentation, but we all know how expensive this option can be. What’s more, breast enhancement surgery can come with side effects. Thus, it would be better to consider the natural methods towards breast enhancement. Breast enlargement creams make great choices here.
For proper application of breast enlargement creams, it is important for you to consult your physician first. In general, however, most breast creams are to be massaged onto the breasts for around 3 to 5 minutes twice a day. Pay attention to this time frame, or to the time frame that is recommended by your physician. This is because it takes approximately this time period for the skin to absorb the components of your breast enlargement cream. Quickly smoothing the cream over your breasts might not result to complete absorption. Another reason for this is that massaging your breasts helps in toning and enlarging your breasts as well.
However, you have to be careful when it comes to massaging your breasts though. There are proper massage techniques that can help you in this endeavor. Employing the wrong techniques can do more harm than good for your breasts in the long run. Therefore, it would greatly help to consult massage therapists, to ensure that the proper massage techniques would be employed.
There are certain differences when it comes to the application of breast enlargement creams. You also have to take into consideration that one’s body can react differently to the components of the breast enlargement cream as another person’s body would. Thus, you really have to pay attention to the proper dosages and the proper usage of these breast enlargement creams. This way, your treatment is sure to have positive effects.

For the most part, breast enlargement creams contain estrogen, progesterone, and other similar compounds that are derived from herbal supplements. These components actually stimulate the ovaries in the body and the pituitary gland, in particular, to produce more breast tissue. This process actually takes place when a young lady enters the puberty stage. There can be certain side effects that would occur, such as swelling and mild tenderness. This can be because a reaction of sensitive skin to the components. Otherwise, a lot of women have not reported side effects that are not tolerable. Just make sure to inform your physician, should any of these side effects worsen.

THE holidays will soon be upon us once again and practically all of us will be feasting almost continuously, except when we are asleep. And some of us may even be dreaming about parties and food even in our slumber.

The average calories burned in 30 minutes of any of these activities are as follows: sleeping, 35; typing on computer, 50; ironing, 63; cooking, 86; light housework, 115; mopping floor,119; shopping, 102; fishing, 119; climbing hills (no load), 232; walking slowly, 106; walking briskly, 120; running slowly, 280; running fast, 384; jogging, 215; cycling, 123; swimming, 311; ballroom dancing, 98; aerobic dancing, 198; volleyball, 96; football, 253; basketball, 265; golf, 140; tennis, 209; and, badminton, 186. Most of the available information today on calories in the different food items pertain to western and European food varieties. In the Abbott Club Red publication, we found interesting data on calorie counts for various Filipino foods, delicacies and drinks.

The following vegetables yield about 16 calories per cup or 90 g (cooked): ampalaya fruit, ampalaya leaves, Baguio beans, banana heart, cabbage, cauliflower, chayote fruit or leaves, eggplant, kangkong, malunggay leaves, mushroom, okra, patola, onion bulb, petsay, saluyot, and upo. Half cup of the following also provides 16 calories: coconut shoot (ubod), Mungbean sprout (togue), sitaw, canned green peas, sweet corn, tomato juice.

And so with ½ avocado, s teaspoon peanut butter, 5 pieces of pili nut, or a teaspoon of peanut or olive oil.

Therefore you have to research the product well if you want to get the very brand that will help you achieve your goals.
Most green teas have side effects that you should be aware of, and here are some point for you to keep in mind when purchasing this seemingly healthy product.
- If you are under medication, do not drink green tea.
- Avoid over-brewing the tea since it can easily harm your stomach
- Also avoid leaving your tea overnight since it loses all its health benefits for you and this kind of tea is perfect for bacteria to start growing
- Do not mix drinking tea with drinking alcohol as it's a dangerous combination
- If you suffer from a lack of serious sleep, there are other better types of teas to calm you down, such as chamomile
- If you are pregnant or even breastfeeding, do not drink this tea. Especially in your first trimester you should avoid drinking weight loss teas
- As tea also contains a bit of caffeine, avoid drinking tea and coffee in the same day if you ever want to go to sleep during the night.
When you do drink your daily dose of green tea, make sure that you use one of your favorite tea mugs for it to fully enjoy its flavor. For example ceramic tea mugs keep the flavor and aroma fully in the mug while drinking.

Natural Breast Enhancement:

Natural Breast Enhancement:

Safe Methods for Larger Breasts
Have you ever thought about bigger breasts but are afraid of surgery and breast implants? Now there are safer methods for natural breast
enhancement such as creams, pills, and pumps. How do these breast enhancers work? Today we will review the top options for natural breast
enhancement.
Breast Enhancement Creams
The principle behind breast enhancement creams is that they mimic estrogen in the body to promote additional breast tissue. The creams contain
plant based ingredients which are similar to estrogen and when applied to breasts stimulate estrogen receptors in mammary glands to produce more
breast tissue.
Breast enhancement creams can also help to firm and lift breasts. Familiar skin care ingredients such as aloe vera, almond oil and safflower oil are
usually found in breast enlargement creams to smooth and tighten skin. However, breast enhancement creams are not meant to be used alone but
with breast enhancement pills. By themselves, they do not deliver optimum results as a combination of pills and cream would.
Breast Enhancement Pills
Breast enhancement pills work similarly to breast enhancement creams in that they mimic estrogen in the body. The pills however are able to provide
larger amounts of these estrogen-like compounds into the body and so provide better results. When the body receives these estrogen receptors it
prompts mammary glands to create new breast tissue.
The great thing about the pills is that the ingredients are natural and plant based. Since there are not real estrogen hormones, your body will not have
the side effects or imbalances that hormone replacements methods offer. Breast enhancement pills seem promising and studies have proven that
there are over 70% effective.
Breast Pumps
Breast pumps are just that: a "pump." The way breast pumps work is simple. You apply the pump to breast and the pump encourages tissue
expansion with its vacuum pressure. Over time, this leads to a slight but permanent increase in breast size. The draw backs of the pump is that it must
be worn at least 12 hours a day, such as Brava, and offers only 1/4 to 1/2 cup increase in size.
Overall, the most promising of all natural breast enhancement methods are breast enlargement pills and creams. Studies have shown breast pills
provide permanent breast size increase and the largest overall gains (as much as a 1.7 cup size increase). With all the dangers of breast implants,
natural breast enhancement methods may be the best option today. If breast enlargement pills were more widely accepted and mainstream, it is very
possible that many women would not feel the need to undergo costly, complex and dangerous breast implant surgery.

Yoga - The Solution for Insomnia

Yoga - The Solution for Insomnia

At one time, or another, all of us have experienced insomnia for any type of reason. There are times when lack of sleep just can't be helped, such as:
the loss a loved one, going through a divorce, and losing your job.
These are some of life's serious crisis situations, where we have to let time heal, and try not to fall apart in the process. Some of the solutions below
will help insomnia, but they will not heal grief.
However, if you are continually staying awake over trivial matters, these solutions will aid you to get a good night's rest. Remember - not every
solution will work for everyone, so try the easiest ideas and make them fit into your lifestyle.
Do you have one or more problems, on your mind, that are troubling you at bedtime? If so, write it down and leave it on the kitchen table where you sit
in the morning. This is a form of compartmentalization, where your subconscious mind works on a solution, and you and your conscious mind get
some needed rest.
You will be surprised what happens the following morning. The problem is much less important or your subconscious found the solution. This
technique is so powerful that many successful people use it, even when they don't really have a problem. This keeps you organized, on a daily basis,
and you will get more accomplished in life.
That leads into the next idea, which is establishing a
daily routine. Your body has a natural cycle, and most of us ignore it. Modern humans are more out of tune with their bodies than ever before, so we
have to get back to basics and design a schedule for all tasks - including sleep.
You should exercise every day, but your exercise routine should end two hours before bedtime, at the latest. This allows your body and mind "cool
down" time. If you can exercise earlier in the day, feel free to do so.
Exercise will give you extra energy during the day, and help you get a good night's sleep, when you need it. If you don't exercise, don't feel alone, but
do take action. Gentle Yoga postures are a great way to start.
If you find the right Yoga teacher, you will learn
controlled breathing (pranayama), stage-by-stage relaxation, and meditation. Each is a powerful technique for winding down before bedtime. You
always practice controlled breathing with either, stage-by-stage relaxation, or meditation. Some people practice stage-by-stage relaxation in bed and
fall asleep in the process. This is not a bad thing, if your ultimate goal is to fall asleep.
Now let's look at a few other ideas, such as alcohol and hidden caffeine. Alcohol has a way of getting you to sleep, but sleep is often interrupted
during the night. One suggestion, if you enjoy drinking: Have one small drink; preferably wine, with your meal.
Caffeine is in coffee, many teas, many sodas, and a variety of other drinks. Drink water later in the day, and give your body a rest from caffeine.
Here are a few actions to take before bedtime: Eat very light, read a book about something peaceful, and take a shower or a bath. You don't have to
do everything, but one of the above-mentioned ideas will work for you.
Sweet Dreams.

Breast Implants

Silicone Breast Implants

When a woman has a plastic surgery these can involve any part of the body. For the most part these surgical procedures will be ones that involve reducing fat deposits from the thighs, face, waist, stomach and the breasts. The numbers of breast surgeries that can be found are an indication of the popularity of these plastic surgery procedures.

In general the places where this cosmetic surgery will be done can usually be found in hospitals. There are private surgeries where you can also have silicone breast implants performed. Since you are planning on having a part of your body changed you should take the time to hunt for plastic surgeons that are known for their reconstructive work in breasts.

At present the breast surgeries will include a number of different procedures. These list silicone breast implants as among the popular ones. In this procedure the silicone is mainly implanted into the breasts to provide the tight and up lifted appearance. When you look around for plastic surgeons who are qualified to perform this surgery you can find many doctors.

You should make sure that you undergo treatment with a well qualified doctor as the silicone breast implants do have problems. The most common problem is that the implants may rupture. If this does occur, the silicone which is in the implant will leak outwards into the rest of the body. There is a chance that you will become allergic or infected with the leaked silicone.

Since this is an occurrence that has happened previously many women nowadays prefer to have gel or saline based breast implants inserted instead. Unlike the silicone breast implants the saline ones are safer to your body.

If you still feel that having silicone breast implants is a better option for you it is a good idea if you are familiar with the advantages and disadvantages to be found. These pros and cons for the breast implant surgeries can be found on the internet as well as with your doctor.
